Which Wolf Are You Feeding?

Which Wolf Are You Feeding?
After yesterday’s post, The Risk That Leads to Freedom, I found myself thinking about the stories we tell — and how we cling to them like they’re the only truth we’ll ever know.
You know the ones:
“It’s just how I was raised.”
“There are things I could tell you…”
“This is just who I am.”

But is that story still serving you?
Or is it feeding something that wants to keep you small?

The Cherokee legend about two wolves changed me.
One wolf holds anger, resentment, fear.
The other wolf holds hope, courage, and compassion.
The one that wins is the one you feed.

And if you’re afraid to take a step forward, the first thing to remember is:
Pain can be a teacher.
You don’t have to forget your past — but you can stop feeding it.
Today, feed something new.
You already know which part of you is hungry for more.
