A Lifetime Behind the Wheel

With 45 years behind the wheel, my extensive experience spans multiple roles and locations. I began my career as a transit operator in Vancouver, BC, where I worked for 38 years. From there, I transitioned to driving camp buses and coach buses in Peace River, AB, and later drove transit, tour, and school buses in Kamloops, BC. Throughout these years, I saw firsthand how the increasing stress of the job, combined with the challenges of balancing time in today's fast-paced world, affected drivers like myself.

A New Mission to Support Drivers

Inspired by my personal experience and driven to make a change, I  reactivated my skills as a retired Professional Counselor/Coach and became a Certified Mental Wellness Coach. Today, my mission is to help bus drivers manage the unique pressures of their profession. Through mental fitness coaching and practical support,  I am committed to helping drivers recharge, feel better, and thrive because life's a journey, not just a route.
